Chunky, ropey weave of thickly twisted undyed jute packs color and texture variations into an oversize tweedy herringbone. Traditional in Celtic wool tweeds, Roman highways, North American Indian basketry, Ancient Egyptian textiles, the chevron is a motif that unites us through the ages and is never out of style.
