Return Policy

FOR Living wants you to be 100% happy with the items you purchase from us. If for some reasons you aren’t satisfied with your item, we will try to be as helpful as possible. 

As a small business, each product we create is crafted with care, dedication, and intention. We’re deeply committed to offering quality that’s meaningful to both us and our customers. Unlike larger companies with massive inventories and high turnover, each sale directly supports our business growth, helping us to serve you better and expand our offerings. While we would love to accommodate refunds, our structure simply doesn’t allow it without compromising our ability to maintain quality, develop new products, and provide the level of care we pride ourselves on.

Overview:

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Accents for Living cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If a package is successfully delivered but not retrieved or returned to sender, original shipping is non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will process your return as a store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. All store credits will be received as a digital gift card.

All made to order art, bedding, rugs and custom, non stocked furniture is final sale and cannot be cancelled after 24hrs of purchase. Hardwire Lighting is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Other than in the event of a severe product defect, freight shipped items including sofas, rugs, beds, dining tables, bookcases and any furniture over 50 lbs are final sale.  We do not accept returns due to size. Please measure accordingly before ordering.

TERMS:

All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. We do not accept returns on lighting that has been installed. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

All custom orders, made to order items, flash sale items, furniture, artwork, sale items, and chandeliers are final sale and cannot be returned.

In the instance a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return all credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return on your original purchase and place a new order.
